We first contacted their associate, Call-Me-Electric for the job. Mr. Ralph Lambiase, owner of Call-Me Electric, responded promptly. He told us his company was responsible for the electrical part, while Danson would take care of the plumbing and all the dealings with the Town of Hempstead for the permit and subsequent inspections. During the whole process, they moved quickly and were on top of everything. As we all know, dealing with the Town and the Utility company needs a lot of follow ups. Without their professionalism, the whole process would definitely take much longer to complete. In this respect, we must give special thanks to Mr. Joe D' Albora, owner of Danson, for his most efficient follow up. They communicated well with us by email/phone. Their technicians (John and James of Call-Me-Electric, Jim Porter and Joe Puglisi of Danson ) were all knowledgeable professionals. Yes, they were punctual with their appointments and were very patient with any question we had. We are glad to have chosen them for this important job, and have no hesitation to recommend anyone who would like to consider their service. A few neighbors also used them for installation of generator. Michael, Roslyn, NY
